Rapid Diagnostic

01 — COMMAND REALITY CHECK™

Rapid Diagnostic Human Command Risk Snapshot

What it does: A rapid, initial screening assessment designed to detect early signals of structural risk. It allows organizations to quickly identify whether there are indications of weakened human command, purely paper-based oversight, functional sedation, or a critical gap between assigned responsibility and actual operational control.

When to use it: Best suited when there is an initial suspicion or when you want a first strategic orientation before opening conversations with Executive Management, Legal, Compliance, or Risk. It serves as an excellent preventive tool before any incident occurs. (Not suitable if damage or litigation is already underway).

What we deliver: A concise executive report (Human Command Risk Snapshot) that defines the system and critical decision, provides a preliminary risk classification, maps available evidence (and its gaps), and outlines priority actions alongside recommendations for the next step.

02 — FULL STRUCTURAL ASSESSMENT™

Human Command & System Governability

What it does: The core service of ANTROPOLOGIC. A thorough, defensible, and actionable evaluation of systems mediated by AI, automation, or complex processes. It analyzes in depth whether human participation preserves real, proportional capacity for understanding, judgment, time, and authority relative to the risk level of the process.

When to use it: When the system is already operational or close to deployment, and there is significant regulatory, operational, reputational, or legal risk. It is crucial to verify whether the human oversight required by regulations (such as the EU AI Act) is real and effective or merely paper-based.

What we deliver: The Structural Assessment Report. A comprehensive dossier containing the operational reconstruction of the process, SGI (System Governability Index) and HCVI (Human Command Viability Index) metrics, the Functional Sedation Profile, the Responsibility-Control Gap map, executive radars, and prioritized redesign recommendations.

03 — HUMAN COMMAND FORENSIC REPORT™

Forensic Structural Analysis

What it does: Objectively determines whether, within the critical window where action mattered, the responsible human retained sufficient real command to understand, judge, and intervene effectively, or if they were trapped in an architecture that rendered intervention unfeasible.

When to use it: When an incident, damage, claim, litigation, or internal investigation has already occurred. It is an essential tool to separate individual «human error» from a structural design failure in technical or organizational architectures, providing a solid defense for professionals and executives.

What we deliver: The Forensic Structural Report. A formal forensic finding that reconstructs the incident, establishes the decision’s critical timeline, analyzes the reality available to the operator at that moment, measures SGI and HCVI at the time of the failure, and delivers a specific structural determination of command viability.
